Mental stress can also contribute to a cold sore and you should try to avoid a lot of it, not only for prevention of your cold sores but for well being also. So, if you are prone to get cold sores, you should take a look at your daily life and things you are doing. By making a few minor changes, you may be able to get fewer cold sores.
